A palletizer or palletiser is a machine which provides automatic means for stacking cases of goods or products onto a pallet.
Palletizer is suitable for palletizing of carton, plastic crate, shrink wrapped pack and five gallon bottle etc. It consists of case feed, marshalling station, pusher, pallet feeding etc.

3. Working principle:
Empty pallet loaded on the pallet dispenser which releases pallet will be conveyed to palletizing position then stop and wait for palletizing.
Pack infeed by belts, the distance between two packs increased by different speed of the belts then entry to roller conveyor It can rotate the pack 90 ° when the pack needs to rotate 90°it is in a position of pack rotation and the block activated by the cylinder. The pack pressed on the speed up bush because the external diameter of the speed up bush is bigger than the diameter of roller conveyor then line speed increased. External speed of the pack is faster than internal then rotation goes smoothly. If no need rotation the block will not work, the pack will go forward under the guide until the pack stopper stops it. If needs distance among packs, the pack stopper under roller will activate and keep distance among packs. Continuous pack infeed for one row pack pushing rod will move the complete row forward to the layer table. The same principle it can push 2nd , 3rd row on the layer table. The layer table lifts in a right position driven by main motor to wait for the complete layer and moves toward to the up right position of pallet, pack pushing rod is in a status of pushing activated by the cylinder. Layer table returns back and the complete layer loads on the pallet.
